I believe in our infinite power to evolve and transform. I believe that how we live matters — that every thought, action, and breath shapes our reality. We are here to grow, manifest our deepest dreams, and become the best versions of ourselves.
I am a hypnotherapist, yoga teacher, restorative yoga enthusiast, and Ayurvedic therapist — but above all, I am a life lover who finds deep joy in helping others fall in love with themselves and with life.
My journey began way back in Thailand during my first yoga teacher training course, a journey that awakened my heart and set me on a path of transformation. From there, life unfolded in ways I never imagined — living my dream by opening my own yoga studio, teaching while traveling the world, meeting beautiful souls along the way, and creating a community of like-minded people who inspire and support each other.
Over the past 15 years, my teaching has evolved alongside my own practice and life experiences. I know firsthand that true healing happens when we nurture both body and mind — when we feel safe, seen, and supported.
Yoga, hypnotherapy, and Ayurveda are simply tools — the real magic happens when you choose to show up for yourself.
I want to inspire you to take action, to prioritize your well-being, and to believe in your own power to create the life you dream of. Whether through a yoga class, a hypnotherapy session, or a retreat — I'll hold the space for you to reconnect with yourself, soften what needs to soften, and awaken what is ready to rise.
If you've never tried yoga before or think it's only for young, flexible people — I invite you to come with an open heart and discover what yoga can unlock in your life.
If you're curious about hypnotherapy but unsure what to expect — I encourage you to trust the process. It's a powerful journey of self-discovery and deep inner healing, helping you release limiting beliefs and create space for new possibilities.
My favorite mantra is:
''You Are Where Your Attention Is.''
Where will you place your attention today?
With gratitude,
Vicky
