Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It!

"If I loved myself, truly and deeply, what would I do? I love this question. It carries no judgment, no right or wrong answer—just an invitation to connect with your truth in this present moment. ‘’

This beautiful text comes from the book Love Yourself Like Your Life Depends on It by the brilliant Kamal Ravikant. 


The answer is simple yet profound: I would commit to whatever is needed to feel spiritually, physically, mentally, and emotionally balanced and happy! 

It’s easy to forget your practices and promises when things are going well. But true growth comes from showing up for yourself, even when life isn’t turning out as planned.

I just finished this inspiring, kind, and uplifting book that made me want to love myself deeply and unconditionally—and never stop. 

 

As a hypnotherapy student under Marisa Peer, I’m reminded how many of our subconscious self-sabotaging patterns and limiting beliefs stem from a lack of self-love. This lack often translates into low self-worth, keeping us from living up to our true potential and manifesting the life we desire.

When we embrace self-love—when we truly and deeply love ourselves as if our lives depend on it—we break free from the conditioning and negative programming of our past. 

 

So, grab this book, read it, enjoy it, and consider gifting it to someone you love. 

 

And when you meet hardships, ask yourself:  "If I loved myself, truly and deeply, what would I do?" Then, listen. Let the answer guide you toward your gut feeling and your deep knowing, so you can make better choices, and you’ll find yourself leaning into a life filled with self-love and care. 


I created these short yoga practices to make it easier for you to stay committed and consistent with your self-care. After all, when we truly love something, we nurture it—not neglect it. Self-care leads to self-love and self-love fuels self-care—they beautifully support and amplify each other. 

Dedicate just 10 minutes a day to show yourself that you matter! 💕
